Google user data and how it is used
The email, name and picture are used only to authenticate the member, keep the workspace members-only, label that member's posts, and address session reminder emails.
- Email address of the signed-in Google Account, checked against the members allow list
- Google Account display name, stored and shown as the author of updates and worksheets
- Google profile picture URL, shown in the navigation bar
Where the data is stored
- The app's own hosted Turso (libSQL) database (members, updates, worksheets, prioritization, session dates, rate limits)
- Browser local storage for an in-progress prioritization board, and a session cookie
