Who uses it
This is a personal tool operated by Hidenobu Nagai. The only person who uses it is its owner. It is not a commercial product and it is not offered to the general public.

Google user data and how it is used
It reads its own settings and time zone only to fetch the public forecast data and send the resulting summary to the configured LINE recipient. It reads no Google user content such as email, Drive, Gmail, Calendar or Sheets data.
